FULLERTON, Aug. 30, 2010: Yokohama Tire Corporation is kicking off its 2010 NFL sponsorship program with the “Home Team Pride” jersey promotion, which runs from September 1 through October 16. The Home Team Pride promotion involves a jersey giveaway where dealers in the specific markets offer free, official replica team jerseys to every customer who buys any four Yokohama tires. The three teams involved in the promotion are the Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos and Baltimore Ravens.

This is the fourth consecutive year we’re partnering with the NFL,” said Shawn Denlein, Yokohama director of sales, Consumer Products. “Everyone’s ready for football season and once again we expect it to help highlight our line-up of tires, including the new AVID® ENVigor™, ADVAN®,®, PARADA®, Geolandar® and eco-friendly dB Super E-spec™. Promotions such as the Home Team Pride jersey campaign have proven to be a huge hit with our dealers and their customers.”

Along with the three NFL teams, Yokohama’s 2010 sports sponsorship program includes Major League Baseball’s Los Angeles Angels and the National Basketball Association’s Boston Celtics and San Antonio Spurs.
