OGDEN, UT - APRIL 15, 2010: Edge Products and Go Natural CNG recently formalized a joint development agreement. The two companies are collaborating on the creation of vehicle programming, electronics, sensors, monitors and controls for dedicated compressed natural gas vehicles and bi-fuel (CNG and gasoline) powered engines. Go Natural CNG will be the exclusive distributor of the products that result from this relationship.

One of the key components being developed is a dash-mounted programmer with a 4.3-inch color touch screen. The color screen provides real-time monitoring of vital engine information through an interactive display. This programmer can also act as a control unit that allows bi-fuel applications to be switched between gasoline and CNG fuel from the touch screen. Users can display up to eight engine data parameters at any one time, including RPM, MPH, fuel temperature, CNG fuel level, water temperature, exhaust gas temperature and many more. The display includes a light sensitivity meter that automatically adjusts the brightness of the screen to varying ambient light conditions. With the purchase of an optional camera, the included video-in port will also allow the screen to be utilized as a back-up camera display.

Tim Hunt, CEO of Go Natural CNG stated, "Some of our competitors CNG bi-fuel kits require the installer to splice 24 or more wires and to drill out the intakes. The kits we are developing with Edge Products will only require one wire to be intercepted and no drilling of the intakes is required. We know that this will please installers and contribute to the dependability of our systems. In addition, the kits we are developing will include the most accurate and easy to read CNG fuel gauges available. This is because the gauges monitor fuel temperature and tank pressure and create an intuitive digital display based on the calculated results."

Dave Martinez, President of Edge Products, commented that he is very pleased to be working with Go Natural CNG because "the combination of Edge's industry leading expertise in the area of vehicle electronics with Go Naturals expertise in CNG products will result in the most dependable, efficient, environmentally-responsible and user-friendly products available to date."
