The certificate was issued by Fran Pavley, Senator 23rd district in honor of: Vision's great efforts towards creating a zero-emission engine for cars and trucks. Setting the standards for other businesses, Vision has dedicated itself to being in the forefront of eco-friendly technology by developing a hydrogen fuel cell hybrid-electric truck.
