Atlanta Motor Speedway Offers New Years Day $50 Kobalt Tools 500 Ticket Special

HAMPTON, Dec. 22, 2009: Atlanta Motor Speedway will kick off its 50th Anniversary season Jan. 1 with a one-day $50 ticket special for the 2010 Kobalt Tools 500 in March.

This commemorative ticket special for the Kobalt Tools 500 will be available online at www.atlantamotorspeedway.com throughout New Years Day.

The first of its kind, the New Years Day special offer is but one of many 50th Anniversary-celebratory opportunities that will be available to race fans throughout the year.

Discounted 50th Anniversary tickets for the Kobalt Tools 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race will be located in the Petty and Winners Grandstands.

Fans can purchase Kobalt Tools 500 tickets during the holiday season by calling the Atlanta Motor Speedway’s ticket line at (877) 9-AMS-TIX or by visiting www.atlantamotorspeedway.com to purchase online. The Atlanta Motor Speedway Ticket Office will be closed beginning at noon on Wednesday, Dec. 23 for renovation through Monday, Jan. 4.
