Terrence O'Loughlin to join CCFL Board in January

DAYTON, Ohio, Dec. 8 -- Reynolds and Reynolds announced today that Terrence O'Loughlin, director of compliance for Reynolds and Reynolds, has been elected to the Governing Board of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law (CCFL). CCFL is a national, nonprofit institution that sponsors research, professional publications, and educational programs relating to consumer and financial services law. The Governing Committee of members establishes policies and directs the activities of the CCFL.

Reynolds and Reynolds is a leader in providing business forms to automotive dealerships, including the universal retail installment sale contracts, the Reynolds LAW® 553. The LAW 553 is the most widely used form in automobile financing and is accepted broadly by dealerships, state Automobile Dealers Associations, captive lenders, and financial institutions.

"We are committed to being viewed as experts in this area for automobile dealerships," O'Loughlin said. "Our involvement with the CCFL is one more way to contribute professionally to this important area of law and regulation, and I look forward to the opportunity. It's also an ideal resource to help Reynolds remain current on the topic."

The Conference on Consumer Finance Law was founded in 1926 by members of the legal profession and the financial services industry. Today, the CCFL serves attorneys and financial service executives, regulators, academics, and others interested in consumer and commercial financial services law.
