SYDNEY – November 26, 2009: When Ruth Mason from Coogee shared her thoughts about her local community in a survey conducted by her local newspaper, it put her in the running to win a new Kia Cerato sedan.

As the winner of the survey competition, Mrs Mason took delivery of her brand new Kia Cerato S sedan automatic at Overs City Kia, Mascot last Friday 20th November.

John Overs, Dealer Principal of Overs City Kia said "Mrs Mason was very excited and praised the new look of Kia, commenting on how sophisticated the brand had become. She is looking forward to driving her new prize car and was very appreciative of the prize offered by Kia Motors and Cumberland-Courier Newspapers'.

Launched in January this year, the popular Cerato sedan offers modern and dynamic styling under the guidance of world-renowned Kia global design chief Peter Schreyer, class-leading power, class-leading 4.5 stars Green Vehicle rating, six airbags standard in every model, iPodŽ compatible audio system, European-standard ride and handling, great value and a low entry price.

Available as an entry-level S model, middle of the range Si or a generously-equipped SLi model, the Cerato bridges the gap between small and medium cars with the space, performance, features and value that many Australian car buyers are seeking, without having to pay more for a medium-sized car with a larger and less economical engine.

Like all new Kia vehicles sold in Australia, the Cerato is covered by Kia's 5-year/unlimited kilometre warranty for private buyers (5-year/130,000kms for fleet buyers). For further details on the Cerato and Kia range of vehicles please visit www.kia.com.au
