NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--Acacia Research Corporation announced today that its Service Reminder, LLC subsidiary and BMW North America, LLC, filed a joint stipulation of dismissal of their patent litigation that had been pending in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, bearing Docket No. 08-4979 (SDW) (MCA).
