Tenneco to Webcast Presentation at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2009 Credit Conference

LAKE FOREST, Ill.--Tenneco will participate in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2009 Credit Conference to be held in New York, on Wednesday, December 2, 2009. Tenneco’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Gregg Sherrill, will present at 9:50 a.m. ET.

Tenneco's presentation will be audio webcast and can be accessed by going to the "Investors" portion of the company's web site at www.tenneco.com. A copy of the slides also will be available under the “Events and Presentations” tab in this section of the web site. A replay of the webcast will be available through January 2, 2010.
