Lear Announces Details for 2010 Annual Stockholders Meeting

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Nov. 20, 2009 -- Lear Corporation, , a leading global supplier of automotive seating systems, electrical distribution systems and electronic products, today announced that its 2010 annual meeting of stockholders will be held at Lear's Corporate Headquarters at 21557 Telegraph Road, Southfield, Michigan, 48033, on Thursday, May 13, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to notice of, and vote at, the meeting is the close of business on March 22, 2010.
