Johnson Controls Announces Quarterly Dividend

MILWAUKEE, Nov. 18, 2009 -- The Directors of Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) have authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share. The dividend is payable January 4, 2010 to shareholders of record December 11, 2009.

Johnson Controls has paid consecutive dividends since 1887.
