Cummins Inc. Declares Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

COLUMBUS, Ind.--The Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. today declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of 17.5 cents per share, payable Dec. 1, 2009 to shareholders of record on Nov. 20, 2009.
