Wireless Matrix President, CEO Appointed to Board of Directors

HERNDON, Va.--Wireless Matrix (TSX:WRX) announced today that J. Richard Carlson, Wireless Matrix president and CEO, has been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors, effective August 5, 2009.

Carlson joined Wireless Matrix as president and CEO in May, 2004. Under his control, the company has grown into one of the leading providers of fleet management solutions and wireless data communications services, with over 80,000 subscribers across North America.
