Federal Cash for Clunkers Rules and Registration Available Early Friday Morning

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is expected to release its final rules for dealers to participate in the newly implemented Car Allowance Rebate System (CARS) – otherwise known as Cash for Clunkers – Friday, July 24th around 7:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
