Jl Audio introduces Stealthbox Subwoofer for the Honda Pilot

PHOTO

Miramar, FL—June 2009—Combining off-road capability with a reputation for reliability, the Honda Pilot offers excellent interior space optimization and a flexible seating design for passengers and cargo. Unfortunately, the factory audio system may not meet your requirements for accurate sound and performance.

Adding a subwoofer is the single, most significant improvement you can make to a car audio system, according to the sound engineers at JL Audio. Not only do the listeners get the benefit of more powerful and cleaner bass performance, but with proper system design, you can also relieve the small front and rear speakers in the vehicle from the burden of reproducing bass. The result is significantly improved sound over the entire spectrum.

JL Audio’s design team studied the Honda Pilot and engineered a clever Stealthbox® solution that directly replaces the factory supplied subwoofer and installs discretely behind the passenger-side cargo area trim panel (completely out of sight). It’s installed in the photo at left, but you wouldn’t know it.

This and all other Stealthbox® subwoofer systems are constructed of fiberglass for strength and durability, and are built in JL Audio’s Miramar, Florida factory. The Honda Pilot model features a sealed enclosure design and contains one JL Audio 10W1v2-4 subwoofer and can handle 300 watts of power.

Suggested Retail Price: $549.95
