ITW Announces Conference Call Information for 2009 Second Quarter Earnings

GLENVIEW, Ill., June 30 -- Illinois Tool Works Inc. today announced that it will hold its 2009 second quarter conference call on Tuesday, July 21, 2009. The conference call will begin at 1 p.m. central time and will follow the Company's release of second quarter earnings at 7 a.m. central time on that same day.

The conference call can be accessed by dialing 312-470-0008. The pass code ITW is necessary to join the call. Participants are asked to dial in 15 minutes prior to the start of the call.
