WARWICK, UNITED KINGDOM – June 29, 2009: Delphi is introducing 195 new part numbers for air conditioning systems to meet rising demand for its OE-quality replacement components.

The new parts, which include 41 compressors, 48 condensers, 72 cabin air filters, 15 evaporators, 1 expansion valve, 3 pressure switches and 15 receiver driers are featured in Delphi’s new 2009 European Air Conditioning Tooling and Spare Parts catalogue. The new additions broaden Delphi’s European vehicle parc coverage to 97 percent for cabin air filters, 96 percent for compressors, 94 percent for condensers, and 94 percent for receiver drier products. Delphi has also widened its air conditioning product portfolio with the introduction of 33 compressor clutches and 9 compressor valves.

In addition, the new catalogue contains a deeper level of content than other catalogues. For instance, it combines product pictures and buyers’ guide information, allowing for quicker identification of parts, while still providing a clear and easy-to-understand description of the application. The catalogue also features a separate section which consolidates detailed cross lists with OE part numbers.

Delphi’s new air conditioning catalogue is available now in 12 languages. All new parts are also included in Delphi’s electronic catalogue as well as in other European electronic catalogues like TecDoc, MAM and Alicat.
