DealerTrack Schedules Release of Second Quarter 2009 Results and Conference Call

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y.--DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. today announced that it will release its second quarter 2009 financial results after the market closes on August 6, 2009. A conference call will be hosted by Mark F. O’Neil, chairman and chief executive officer, and Eric Jacobs, senior vice president, chief financial and administrative officer, that evening beginning at 5:00 p.m.

The conference call will be webcast live on the Internet and can be accessed by visiting DEALERTRACK. A replay will be available on the DealerTrack website until midnight on August 21, 2009.
