Swiss Tuning Show 09 : A Whole Universe to Discover!

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – June 12, 2009: The SWISS TUNING SHOW will open its doors this Saturday at 2 p.m. for a weekend in the Wonderland of Tuning. Car or bike customisation, simple and low-cost changes or extremely expensive tuning: nearly 1’000 cars are expected to join the meeting in Halls 5 and 6 of GENEVA PALEXPO. Furthermore on the programme: breath-taking side events, such as car and bike stunts and drifts, American car burns and of course the performance of the very sexy Fuel Girls. “These cars are the outward expression of the creativity of these passionate individuals who show their personality via the unique remodelling of their vehicles” explains Nadja Boudjenane, member of the organizing committee. She points out that the Swiss Tuning Show is first and foremost a car meet for individuals rather than a display by professionals’ in the sector.

The event itself has also been tuned this year, and will for the first time include sectors spotlighting American and prestige cars as well as a bike zone. In addition, it will trace the history of certain iconic models, just asking to be tuned…

With its wide-ranging coverage of the subject and its attractive programme of events, the SWISS TUNING SHOW provides a very broad public an excellent reason to join in the event, whose main objective remains to bring people together to exchange experiences and to present the fascinating universe of tuning.

Finally, let’s remember that ’tuning’ means nothing more than “to bring into harmony, to adjust and adapt.”; an all- encompassing concept covering anything from a simple change of wheels to a total internal and external overhaul of a car.
