National Truck Protection Awarded Highest Possible Accreditation from Better Business Bureau for Customer Service and Ethical Business Practices

CARLSTADT, N.J.--NTP Inc., North America’s leading independent provider of warranty and service contracts to the trucking industry, announced that that the company has received an A+ accreditation from the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the highest level awarded by business standards watchdog whose goal is to protect the buyer from companies engaging in fraudulent practices.

“The A+ accreditation is both an honor for our company and a testament to NTP’s commitment to our customers and to operating with the highest ethical standards,” said Robert S. Amico, president of NTP. “For the past 25 years, NTP has cemented its leadership position in our business by focusing on providing the highest quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction and we intend to continue doing just that as we grow and expand our business.”

Since 1912, the Better Business Bureau has been working to foster a fair marketplace where buyers and sellers trust each other. Local BBB’s collect information about companies and provide guidance related to business ethics and practices, assigning grades A through F. The grade represents the Bureaus’ degree of confidence that a business is operating in a trustworthy matter and will make a good faith effort to resolve any disputes.

“Nothing is more important in our business than earning and preserving the trust of the customer,” Amico continued. “When a used truck owner secures a warranty from NTP, they do so with the confidence and trust that they will be able to rely on us to help them resolve issues with their trucks as they arise. This accreditation is validation of the trust we have earned.”
