Webasto Product North America, Inc. Appoints Dr. Rolf Haag as President and CEO

FENTON, Mich., June 8 -- Webasto appointed Dr. Rolf Haag to become President and Chief Executive Officer of Webasto Product North America, Inc., (WPNA), effective June 8, 2009. WPNA is a subsidiary of leading automotive supplier Webasto AG, based in Stockdorf, near Munich, Germany.

Before moving to WPNA, Dr. Rolf Haag worked at Feintool US Operations, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio where he held the position of Vice President Sales and Marketing. Mr. Haag has been working for Tier 1 and 2 global automotive suppliers as well as machinery companies in the US for more than 20 years. He has exceptional experience in sales, distribution and marketing as well as account and program management, quality and engineering. Mr. Haag studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Frankfurt (Germany) and earned a Ph.D. in International Business at the Madison University. He also holds citizenship status in both the US and Germany.

Rolf Haag follows Fred Olson, member of the WPNA Board of Directors and former President and Chief Executive Officer of Webasto Roof Systems, Inc. of Rochester Hills (Mich.) who has assumed the role of an interim President and CEO, WPNA since mid October 2008.
