'RouteOne SecureDocOne' to assist dealers with compliance and regulatory requirements

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., June 4 -- RouteOne announced today the product pilot of 'RouteOne SecureDocOne,' its electronic document storage and retention product powered by internet- based document management service provider WorldView Ltd. The product will provide automotive dealers an electronic document storage and retention service that is fully automated and integrated within RouteOne's credit application management system and RouteOne's other compliance support offerings, including credit bureaus, IDOne (RouteOne's ID Verification and Authentication tool), and Adverse Action Manager. These tools assist dealers with compliance and regulatory requirements such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and the FTC Privacy and Safeguards regulations. The tool will be available to all subscribing dealers late second quarter, and pre-enrollment is available immediately.

RouteOne will offer 'RouteOne SecureDocOne' directly through the RouteOne platform, giving dealers the ability to automate and manage the storage of electronic credit documents originated on RouteOne securely and efficiently.

"RouteOne SecureDocOne is a great addition to our existing suite of compliance tools, all designed to improve efficiency and assist our dealer customers in meeting their compliance requirements," said RouteOne CEO Mike Jurecki. "This new product will allow dealers to automate the storage of important credit documents originated within RouteOne, and to easily manage and retrieve them from within our platform. We encourage dealers to utilize RouteOne SecureDocOne to protect and secure the valuable personal consumer data collected within their dealership during the credit process."

"Simple storage and retrieval of credit documents is not only a benefit, it is really a necessity," said Tom Hassenstab, CEO of WorldView. "Document storage is automated, and these documents can be retrieved right from RouteOne, so there is no new software to learn and users don't have to login to or manage another platform. Their documents are secure and easily accessible, enabling new efficiencies and client information security."

No long-term contracts or commitments are required. Dealers wishing to pre-enroll may contact their captive representative, or call RouteOne Sales Support at 866.933.0663 or email salessupport@routeone.com..
