Raser Announces Stockholder Meeting Date

PROVO, Utah--Raser Technologies, Inc. today announced that it will hold its 2009 annual meeting of stockholders on June 25, 2009 for stockholders of record as of May 15, 2009.

The meeting will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the Provo Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, 101 West 100 North, Provo, Utah.
