Integrated Parking Solutions, Inc. Announces Product Development Alliance with Memorylink Corp.

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill.--Integrated Parking Solutions, Inc. (OTC: IGPK) and Memorylink Corp., Neenah, Wisconsin, announced today that they have agreed to a Product Development Alliance. The purpose of the Alliance is to maximize the application of their combined strengths in management, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales. Memorylink has skills in carrier-class wireless systems and IPS has strengths in the unique technologies that are emerging in the burgeoning parking management industry. The combined resources of the two companies’ skills in wireless network deployment will provide an engine for driving new product innovation.

Both companies have strong relationships with major industry players. An immediate thrust will be to pursue integration of wireless, network management and detection technologies into the products and systems of parking management industry partners.
