Partnership leverages Ironclad's technical work glove leadership with Snap-on's reputation and brand recognition.

LOS ANGELES, May 7 -- Ironclad Performance Wear Corporation (OTC:ICPW) (BULLETIN BOARD: ICPW) , a leader in high-performance gloves and apparel, announced today the execution of a license agreement with Snap-on, whereby Ironclad will design, manufacture and market a line of Snap-on branded technical work gloves available through auto parts, hardware and other specialty stores nationwide.
