Connective Technologies, Inc. Announces TEAM-UP Agency Download Contract with Star Casualty Insurance Company

HOUSTON--Connective Technologies announces the contract signing of TEAM-UP™ Download with Star Casualty Insurance Company for providing quality service for agency download. With Star Casualty’s recent expansion into Kentucky the TEAM-UP suite of products provides once-and-done processing in an industry compliant, data-secure environment for agency downloads in their four southeast operating states: Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

TEAM-UP Download is an Internet-secure offering being leveraged by more than 55 P&C carriers in providing accessibility to over 24,000 communicating agency pairs using more than 40 different agency management systems throughout every region in the United States. Now in its third major release, the product has matured to ensure agencies have a seamless migration from other download processes. The improved self-reliant features such as single-policy, real-time archival retrievals by the agents, improved group management distribution and tracking features that ease and accelerate the registration process for both agencies and carriers, have been implemented with TEAM-UP’s Service Oriented Architecture. This environment ensures a seamless fit into carriers’ existing agency portals and incorporates a single-process entry point at the agency for accessing multiple carriers downloads.
