DealerTrack Schedules Release of First Quarter 2009 Results and Conference Call

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y.march 30, 3009: DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. today announced that it will release its first quarter 2009 financial results before the market opens on May 8, 2009. A conference call will be hosted by Mark F. O’Neil, chairman and chief executive officer, and Eric Jacobs, senior vice president and chief financial officer, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time that morning.

The conference call will be webcast live on the Internet and can be accessed by visiting DEALER TRACK. A replay will be available on the DealerTrack website until midnight on May 22, 2009.
