"Todd consistently brings new insight and a unique approach to the automotive repair industry," said Sheri Hamilton, ASA Mo/Kan Executive Director and Conference Manager. "We're excited to have him as a speaker this year."

Hayes has been selected to conduct training at other major industry events, including the annual Congress of Automotive Repair and Service (CARS) Convention held last November in Las Vegas. For that event, Hayes was selected by the Automotive Service Association (ASA) and the International Autobody Congress & Exposition (NACE) to conduct his three-hour Automotive Management Institute (AMI) accredited training class.

"Everyone who attends this or any of our training events will walk away with new and valuable tools to immediately make their shop more profitable," said Hayes. "That has been my personal guarantee for more than 20 years as a trainer and shop owner."

During VISION, Hayes will present proven sales and customer service models for the auto repair industry; tips on recruiting, retention and staffing repair shops; and selling skills based on his own decades-long track record of success. clientONE can also be seen on the convention floor at Booths # 510 and #512.
