Asbury Automotive Group Schedules Release of Fourth Quarter and 2008 Financial Results and Conference Call

DULUTH, Ga., March 2, 2009: Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. , one of the largest automotive retail and service companies in the U.S., today announced that it will release its fourth quarter and 2008 financial results before the market opens on March 16, 2009. Charles R. Oglesby, President and CEO, and Craig T. Monaghan, Senior Vice President and CFO, will host a conference call later that day, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
