Stoneridge Reschedules Fourth-Quarter 2008 Earnings Announcement and Conference Call to February 25

WARREN, Ohio, February 11, 2009: Stoneridge, Inc. today announced that it is rescheduling its fourth-quarter 2008 earnings release and conference call from February 12, 2009 to February 25, 2009, to allow time to complete an analysis of asset impairment including goodwill. The Company is also reaffirming its full-year earnings outlook for 2008 of $0.40 to $0.46 per diluted share excluding any goodwill-related impairment charges. Fourth-quarter and full-year 2008 results will now be released before the market opens on Wednesday, February 25, 2009. The Company will also broadcast its fourth-quarter 2008 earnings conference call live on the Internet that morning at 11 a.m. Eastern Time with President and Chief Executive Officer, John Corey; and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, George Strickler.
