DealerTrack Schedules Release of Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2008 Results and Conference Call

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y. January 22, 2009: DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. today announced that it will release its fourth quarter 2008 financial results after the market close on February 19, 2009. A conference call will be hosted by Mark F. O’Neil, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Eric Jacobs, Chief Administrative Officer and Robert J. Cox, Chief Financial Officer, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time that evening.

The conference call will be webcast live on the Internet and can be accessed by visiting DEALERTRACK. A replay will be available on the DealerTrack website until midnight on March 5, 2009.
