Elkhart Lake, Wis., January 9, 2009: Road America has announced its 2009 Season Schedule. The dates and events are as follows:
May 15-17 Spring Vintage Weekend (SVRA)
and Family Tailgate Party (Sat.)
June 4-7 Suzuki Superbike Weekend (AMA)
June 12-14 Vintage Cycle Weekend (AHRMA)
June 18-21 Chicago Region SCCA June Sprints®
July 16-19 Kohler International Challenge with Brian Redman
and the Road & Track Concours d’Elegance
August 13-16 Road Race Showcase – American Le Mans Series
and SPEED World Challenge
September 11-13 VSCDA Elkhart Lake Vintage Festival®
September 24-27 SCCA National Championship Runoffs®
Road America is a 640-acre, year-round motorsports facility entering its 54th race season. In addition to major race events, Road America offers motorcycle and supermoto schools, corporate ATV and karting programs, and top-of-the-line hospitality. Season Passes, which include the events listed above, plus five bonus events, are $420 through May 16, 2009. Special promotions are held throughout the year and can be found on-line.
