American Axle & Manufacturing Declares Fourth Quarter 2008 Dividend

DETROIT, November 21, 2008: American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (AAM), which is traded as AXL on the NYSE, today announced a cash dividend of $0.02 per share payable on December 29, 2008 to stockholders of record on all of the Company's issued and outstanding common stock as of December 8, 2008.
