Carroll Shelby International Announces Date for 2008 Annual Shareholder Meeting

LOS ANGELES November 13, 2008: Carroll Shelby International, Inc., (Pink Sheets: CSBI) announced today that its Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2008, at 11 a.m. PST at the Shelby Automobiles Inc., facility in Las Vegas, Nev. Shareholders will have an opportunity to vote on the election of the Board of Directors for the coming year.

Upon completion of the formal portion of the meeting, John Luft, will present company updates on Carroll Shelby International and Carroll Shelby Licensing. Amy Boylan, President Shelby Automobiles Inc., will provide updated information on Shelby Automobiles.
