Shanghai, November 11 (Gasgoo.com) Toyota Motor Co will be presenting 45 vehicle models the 2008 China (Guangzhou) International Auto Exhibition on Nov 19 - 25, 2008.

The Japanese auto giant will be displaying a total of six concept vehicles along with their latest production vehicles during the upcoming Guangzhou auto show. This number actually is the largest that Toyota has ever presented for such a car exhibition.

The all new concepts cars to be displayed include the Hi-CT and Lexus LF-A Roadster. The Hi-CT was unveiled at 2007 Tokyo Auto Show and Toyota says the Hi-CT aims to offer a new "coolness" and new ways to have fun as a departure from conventional vehicles.

Power comes courtesy of a 1.5-liter engine mated to a hybrid motor, complete with plug-in capability, while an AC100V accessory socket lets users plug in their favorite portable electronics once they've arrived at their destination.

The Lexus LF-A Roadster is powered by a high-revving V10 engine that approaches 5.0 liters in displacement. The V10 is capable of more than 500 horsepower and test-track speeds greater than 200 mph.

In addition to these, Toyota will also show off a diverse selection of their new hybrids and some production vehicles that include the Prius, new Vios, Yaris, hot selling Camry and Corolla.

Toyota's two Chinese ventures boosted sales 30 percent to 407,427 cars and SUVs in the first nine months of the year, overtaking its nearest rival GM's sales of 373,945 units.
