2008 Top-20 Selling Vehicles in U.S. Through October

Detroit November 3, 2008; Reuters reported the 20 top-selling vehicles in the U.S. through October of 2008 as reported by the automakers. Total sales of the top 20 vehicles fell 9 percent or -437,401 units to 4,443,849.

Following is a list of the top-20 selling vehicles, ranked by total units.
