BorgWarner Declares Quarterly Dividend

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., October 23, 2008: The board of directors of BorgWarner Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share on all of the company's issued and outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable November 17, 2008 to stockholders of record on November 03, 2008.
