Asbury Automotive Group Schedules Release of Third Quarter Financial Results and Conference Call

NEW YORK, October 21, 2008: Asbury Automotive Group, Inc., one of the largest automotive retail and service companies in the U.S., today announced that it will release its third quarter financial results before the market opens on October 30, 2008. Charles R. Oglesby, President and CEO, and Craig T. Monaghan, Senior Vice President and CFO, will host a conference call later that day, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
