Shell Lubricants Annouces Appointments of Key Leaders

Houston, TX. Sept. 25, 2008 - Shell Lubricants continues its commitment to be the fastest-growing lubricant and car care business with the appointment of three key leaders.

"We are very pleased to welcome these experienced and knowledgeable individuals to our leadership team.

The recent appointments are as follows:

Lisa Davis Appointed General Manager Business to Business (B2B) in the United States for Shell Lubricants

Lisa Davis has been appointed general manager, business to business (B2B), in the United States for Shell Lubricants. Davis brings more than 20 years of experience to her new position. Most recently, she served as vice president of supply for Shell's fuels marketing businesses in Europe. In previous roles, Davis worked closely with customers in commercializing proprietary gas and power technology, and she led implementation of large marketing and sales projects such as the introduction of the global retail strategy and acquisition of the Pennzoil-Quaker State Company.

Stuart Crum Named General Manager U.S. National Accounts for Shell Lubricants

Stuart Crum has assumed the role of general manager, U.S. national accounts for Shell Lubricants, in which he manages strategic and operational sales activities. Crum was most recently general manager, retail strategy and portfolio, North America for Shell, where he was responsible for developing and implementing retail strategy. Prior to that he was general manager, retail, Latin America, where he managed Shell's retail operations in 36 Latin American countries.

Steve Reindl Named General Manager Installed Channel for Shell Lubricants

Steve Reindl has been named general manager, installed channel for Shell Lubricants in the U.S. Reindl joined Shell in 2001 and was promoted to his most recent role as general manager, national accounts. Prior to joining Shell, he held management positions with Oscar Mayer, Kraft Foods and Pepperidge Farm. Steve brings more than 20 years of consumer products industry experience within the food, mass merchandiser and club retail environments.
