FAIRFIELD, Calif.,Sept. 19, 2008 - Copart, Inc. announced today that it will release earnings for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008 after the close of market on Wednesday, September 24, 2008.

On Thursday, September 25, 2008 a conference call will be held at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8 a.m. Pacific) to discuss the results and answer questions regarding the companys performance for the quarter and year ended July 31, 2008.
