TRW Automotive Names Mark Oswald Director, Investor Relations

LIVONIA, Mich., Aug. 4, 2008 -- TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. today announced that Mark Oswald has joined the Company as director, Investor Relations. Mr. Oswald reports directly to Joseph Cantie, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and is located at the TRW offices in Livonia, Michigan.

Mr. Oswald will be responsible for TRW Automotive's global Investor Relations function. In this role, he will serve as the primary contact with the financial community and manage the company's shareholder services.

Prior to joining TRW, Mr. Oswald has had fourteen years experience in various finance positions with Ford Motor Company including serving as manager, Investor Relations for the Company.

He received a Bachelor's degree in finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University.
