Tank Sports CEO Comments on Major Strategies for 2007 to 2008

LOS ANGELES, July 28 -- Tank Sports, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: TNSP) Tank Sports CEO reviews major strategies taken during the year 2007.

1. Established R&D and manufacturing base in Shanghai, China. Our high technology, high quality, and high performance 1100cc dune buggy has been marketed globally for over one year now; The newest generation of 1100cc dune buggy is expected to be launched very soon, with great sales potential, and to catch the fall selling season. The development of the 450cc buggy powered by a Subaru engine is close to the end of testing, and the R&D of a 1500cc dune buggy has been started.

2. Tank is continuously developing products based on our own intellectual property & patented technology.

3. Using global market positioning we are ready to take the advantage of the synergy of the mergers and acquisitions completed over the last 18 months. Consolidating the sales teams to market and sell the products from the Shanghai production facility and Guangzhou's associated production base.

During 2007, with the impact of sub-prime mortgage crisis in the USA, and the problem with "made in China" quality, these issues have created a difficult time for the USA economy as a whole. This situation has had a negative impact on the USA motorcycle industry, and it also has limited the growth potential for Tank Sports, Inc. However the impact will be only temporary for Tank Sports, Inc. Tank will continue growing through merger and acquisitions, and will consolidate and integrate the effort of the mergers and acquisitions to take the advantage of the synergy.

Starting in March of 2008, the company took a major step in re- organization of PMI Shanghai Co Ltd.

1. We reduced the number of foreign senior directors from 6 to 3 and localized the management staff. Therefore, the company cut down its salary overhead by 50%, and improved the execution of the overall management strategy.

2. Tank Sports concentrated on marketing and promoting high quality, high performance, and high margin products with a flagship represented as 1100CC buggy. In order to do this, the company has invested additional production equipment. On the cost cutting front, we have removed redundant employees to reduce manufacturing overhead expenses. At this time, the Shanghai operation will breakeven with sales of only 60 units of 1100cc dune buggy per month.

3. Tank Sports consolidated the international sales force by integrating three international sales offices into one, in order to seek unity of coordination and management. From June to September of this year, the company has retained purchase orders which average 120 units to 140 units per month for the 1100cc dune buggy. This ensures the production base in Shanghai will make a profit of USD 1 million this fiscal year. In the USA market and Mexico market, we have our extensive dealer network & Tank Sports Inc now has a substantial distribution network in Europe after the merger and acquisition of People's Motor International Co Ltd Nov 15, 2007. We are looking forward to breakeven in our operations for the second quarter, and retain positive nest income in the 3rd quarter. Also, the fiscal year 2010 should yield a net income of USD 2,000,000.

"Guangzhou Tank (USA) Vehicle Co Ltd, a related company, just passed its one year anniversary. Large scale R&D and production will have huge impact on Tank's overall sales. As CEO of Tank Sports, Inc., I also hold the concurrent position as Chief Engineering Officer for Guangzhou Tank for the last past five months. I have lead the team to make exclusive self developed and self patterned product for Tank Sports Inc. After eight months of integration with the Taiwan manufacturer we acquired, we are ready to deepen the overall sales and marketing campaign on new exciting products."

1. We have combined potential new customers after the Guangzhou Expo with Dazon and Tank's existing customer network, the customer base has been increased;

2. 150cc motorcycles, 50-150cc scooters, 250cc super bike motorcycles, 90cc to 300cc dune buggies and 150cc to 350cc ATV as well as OEM of 150cc and 260cc Scooters.

3. 350cc cruiser motorcycle, 350cc dirt bike, and 600cc ATV are in pilot production in July. We will mass produce these products starting from the end of July.

4. Our 1500cc Personal Water Craft (PWC) will be sent for test runs on ocean water followed by mass production in September.

5. Also in September, we will launch a 350cc enduro style dirt bike. And in October we will launch our 350cc super bike motorcycles.

6. In August and September, we will seek to obtain EPA/CARB certificates for the new products to be launched in the USA market and EEC type approval certificate for on road use in Europe.

7. The core technology of the company: Tank owns the technology of 350cc GS engine with 32 horse power, and the motorcycle & super bike motorcycle as well as the dirt bike equipped with the engine which can obtain the maximum speed of 160 km/hour to allow to run on the highway and public roads; A 600cc ATV with 52 horse power, the most powerful ATV made in China as of today; finally the 1500cc PWC with twin cam.

8. In October, we will actively promote our products in the KOLN INTERMOT exhibition, and China Canton fair. The company is expecting great achievements in this coming fall.
