FINDLAY, Ohio, July 18 -- Cooper Tire & Rubber Company will announce its 2nd quarter 2008 financial results before the market opens on Monday, Aug. 4, 2008. Company management will discuss the financial results in a conference call beginning at 11 a.m. Eastern daylight time that same day.
