Wonder Auto Technology Today Announces Preliminary 2008 Second Quarter Financial Results

JINZHOU CITY, Liaoning, China, July 1 -- Wonder Auto Technology, Inc. ("Wonder Auto" or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer of automotive electrical and suspension parts in China, today announced its preliminary results for the second quarter of 2008, with sales revenues expected to be over US$36.0 million versus US$24.0 million in the second quarter of 2007. Net income is expected to be over US$5.0 million compared with US$3.8 million in the same period last year.

"Wonder Auto is currently operating in an environment of higher oil and steel prices. However, we are focused on the more favorable and faster growing small- and medium-sized car market. With our strict internal control, we are confident we will achieve our business objectives for the year," commented Mr. Qingjie Zhao, the Chief Executive Officer of Wonder Auto Technology.
