Resurrection of a racing legend: Veritas RS III - the new German supersportscar races ahead

GRAFSCHAFT-GELSDORF, Germany - An international team of auto enthusiasts decided to bring back a legendary post-war sportscar manufacturer, Veritas. It was the also the first German Formula One team.

The new company is headquartered close to the Nürburgring, where three former BMW employees founded Veritas, which existed between 1948 to 1953.

Development work on the new RS III will be finished by the end of 2008. It will be available in a small series of just 30 cars a year.

The Veritas RS III is the first super sports cars from Vermot AG. The philosophy of the factory is to develop and market a super sports car to car enthusiasts who would like to see dreams coming true. There's no compromise in either the design or in the technology.
