Top-20 selling vehicles in U.S. through January 2008

Chicago, Feb 1, 2008; Reuters reported a list of the 20 top-selling vehicles in the United States through January of 2008 as reported by the automakers.

Total sales of the top 20 vehicles rose 1.2 percent or 4,418 units to 378,523. Following is a list of the top-20 selling vehicles, ranked by total units.
