Amerityre Moves Aggressively Into Global Tire Fill Market

Company intends to capture significant share of estimated 250 million lb. annual market

BOULDER CITY, Nev., Jan. 11 -- Amerityre Corporation . In a statement released today, Chairman Louis M. Haynie, identified the global tire fill market as an immediate strategic objective for the Company's Amerifill(TM) polyurethane product. "Our closed cell foam tire fill is less than half the weight of competing tire fill materials. This translates directly into cost savings for the customer. In addition, the robust nature of Amerifill(TM) means that it can be used in a broad spectrum of tire applications, from wheel barrows to telehandlers. If lower cost and improved performance aren't enough, Amerifill(TM) is safe to use and doesn't present health and environmental hazards like petroleum-based fill materials. We consider Amerifill(TM) to be an exciting new business opportunity for the Company."

Currently, tire fill materials are used to replace air in many tire applications, including OTR (off-the-road) construction, industrial and mining applications, to "flat-proof" and extend the life of rubber tires. Amerifill(TM) is a proprietary polyurethane chemical formulation that is stable and environmentally safe in handling and disposal compared to existing petroleum-based fill products.

CEO Gary Benninger also announced the formation of an internal sales group to specifically target suppliers and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) users of tire fill in the construction, industrial and mining applications. The group is supervised by and reports directly to him. "Our initial contacts with customers have been quite favorable, and we've provided price quotes to potentially supply over 12 million pounds of material. Our plan is to move quickly into this substantial and growing market, and discussions are underway to establish a European marketing partner," said Benninger. "To supplement our sales effort, we intend to showcase Amerifill(TM) at two highly attended industry events held in Las Vegas later this month and in mid-March. The events will give us the opportunity to introduce Amerifill(TM) to the vast majority of our target customers in addition to an estimated 250,000 industry professionals from around the world," he added.
