TOKYO - October 25, 2007: BMW presented a full plate yesterday to the journalists attending the first of two Media Preview days. The BMW Concept 1 Series tii, the fifth concept car presented by BMW in 2007, features lightweight materials, optimised aerodynamics and a race-inspired interior. The new BMW M3 Saloon is the second body version of the BMW M3, powered by the new 4.0-litre 309 kW/420 hp V8, which enables the car to accelerate to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds. BMW Group also presented two vehicles new to the Asian market: the new BMW 6 Series Coupé and Convertible, and the new BMW 1 Series Coupé.
