RACING BUSINESS (LAGUNA SECA) - Philbin Named to Marketing Department at Infineon Raceway

Hannah Philbin has been named to the marketing department at Infineon Raceway, raceway officials announced. Philbin has been named Promotions Manager.

Philbin, 25, will oversee trade-show development and promotions within the marketing department, as well as assist in pre-event entertainment at the raceway's major events, including the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, IndyCar(r) Series and AMA motorcycles.

Philbin completed her undergraduate work at the University of Arizona and earned a bachelor of science degree in Business and Public Administration. Prior to coming to Infineon Raceway, Philbin worked as the associate director for the Perimeter Bicycling Association of America, which organized and promoted cycling events in California, Arizona and in Mexico.

Philbin worked on a contractual basis in 2007 for the raceway as event coordinator of the Infineon Cougar Mountain Classic bicycling event. The event has been based at Infineon Raceway since 2005. Philbin currently resides in Sonoma.
