The Philadelphia Eagles and Linebacker Takeo Spikes partner with the Pennsylvania Auto Theft Prevention Authority to present the 2007 Stars & Cars Sweepstakes

PHILEDELPHIA, Sept. 18 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Takeo Spikes and the PA Auto Theft Prevention Authority (ATPA) today announce that they are partnering to help prevent auto theft in the Philadelphia area and across the Commonwealth.
