Audi Financial Services Selects ChannelNet to Deploy Integrated Marketing Solution Utilizing Personalized Interactive Microsites

MILL VALLEY, Calif.--ChannelNet announced today that they have been selected by Audi Financial Services (AFS) to develop a web-based marketing solution which will provide a highly personalized experience for their end-of-lease consumers. ChannelNets Personalized Lease End Microsite solution received top honors in the 2006 Interactive Media Awards and has been deployed by multiple OEM captive finance companies over the past 18 months with impressive results. The project will launch in the fourth quarter of 2007.

Using their award-winning SiteBuilder technology, ChannelNet will deploy an integrated network of personalized websites which are designed to guide AFS consumers through a seamless end-of-lease process. AFSs primary goal is to re-engage customers nearing the end of their lease terms, to both increase sales and reduce costs associated with retaining their lessee customer base. Our consumers have busy lives and appreciate the convenience and individual treatment that the ChannelNet solution offers. Providing each of our consumers a highly personalized on-line experience is just one of the ways that AFS will use to maximize customer retention, drive business to our dealers, and enhance overall customer satisfaction, states Kevin Kelly, President and CEO of Audi Financial Services.

The process provides each AFS lease-end consumer with a unique site to which they are directed via existing direct mail and email campaigns. Once engaged, the process will draw on lease information from AFSs database, vehicle specifications and individual customer input in order to customize web content and target messaging. The solution is also designed to help sell new vehicles by generating qualified leads for dealers and promote complimentary products and services. Additionally, it will allow AFS to collect critical information regarding the customers' future intent.

The results being achieved by other ChannelNet clients who are deploying our lease end solution speak for themselves, notes Paula Tompkins, President and CEO of ChannelNet. We have seen response rates as high as 50% and conversion uplift of up to 28%. Essentially, this solution will allow AFS to communicate directly with its customers at the most critical juncture of their lifecycle without requiring excessive manpower or expense. ChannelNets real strength is in helping companies like AFS drive innovation and cost reduction by re-engineering sales and service processes with web-based solutions.
